Where I stand
I’m running for Congress to take on systems that put corporate profit ahead of Baltimore families—and to deliver real accountability, affordability, and opportunity in every neighborhood. The challenges we face, from skyrocketing utility bills and speculative housing practices to an unjust healthcare system and decades of disinvestment in transit and infrastructure, are not separate problems. They are the result of power concentrated at the top while communities are left to pay the price. My work has always been about breaking that cycle: holding monopolies and polluters accountable, protecting renters and homeowners, guaranteeing healthcare as a right, building a modern transit network, and making sure federal dollars are spent with urgency and integrity. My goal is simple—to build a Baltimore where energy is affordable, housing is stable, healthcare is universal, neighborhoods are safe, and no community is treated as expendable.
CHEAPER ENERGY
Fighting utility monopolies, lowering costs, and making Baltimore’s energy system accountable to the people—not corporate profits.
AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Putting homes back in the hands of families by stopping speculation, strengthening oversight, and investing in safe, stable neighborhoods.
UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE
Building a patient-focused healthcare system that puts people over profit—guaranteeing affordable, comprehensive care for every family in every ZIP code.
MASS TRANSIT
Creating a bold, regional transit vision that drives economic growth and ensures people can access the jobs and opportunities they’re ready for.
PUBLIC SAFETY
Protecting Baltimore from outside interference and building a public safety system rooted in trust, accountability, and community partnership.
LOCAL ECONOMY
Fighting for federal investment, and making sure it’s spent with urgency, integrity, and measurable benefit to our communities.
ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE
No community is expendable—every family deserves clean air, clean water, and real environmental protection.
